Lacrosse Game
1928
Lacrosse-border competition between the United States and Canada
Americans and Canadians do battle on the lacrosse field during a game at the 1928 Olympics in Amsterdam. The United States--represented by the lacrosse team from Johns Hopkins University --won its game against Canada. The next day it went down in defeat to England. However, in a later game England lost to Canada, leaving each of the three participating teams with a win and a loss. No team was declared the victor.
